Welcome to Umah IT Solutions! We are delighted to provide you with our Amazon FBA wholesale service. Before you proceed, please read and understand the following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) that outline the terms of our service. By using our service, you agree to be bound by these T&C.

1. Services Provided

Umah IT Solutions (“Umah”) is a service provider that offers Amazon FBA wholesale services. We facilitate the purchase of products from brands on behalf of our clients, handle payments, and arrange for product shipment to Amazon FBA warehouses. We may also provide tracking information for your convenience.

2. Client Responsibilities

By availing our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information required for the purchase and shipment of products.
Ensure that you have the necessary permissions to use any branding or trademarks associated with your Amazon FBA account.
Be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the importation of products.
Comply with Amazon’s policies, terms of service, and any applicable laws and regulations.

3. Payments:

Clients are required to make full payment for the requested products before Umah proceeds with the purchase.
By availing our services, clients authorize Umah IT Solutions to charge their provided credit card for the total amount due, including any changes or adjustments to the initial estimate.
Umah may charge a service fee for its facilitation services, which will be communicated to the client before the purchase is made.
Payments can be made using the payment methods specified by Umah.

4. Invoicing:

Umah IT Solutions acknowledges that, due to the nature of our service as a facilitator of Amazon FBA wholesale transactions, we won’t be able to provide any invoices until a purchase with a brand has been made. Invoices from brands will be included in the product shipment to the Amazon FBA warehouses.

5. Product Availability:

Umah will make reasonable efforts to source and purchase the products requested by the client from brands.
In the event that a requested product is unavailable or out of stock, Umah will communicate this to the client and provide alternative options if possible.

6. Order Fulfillment

Once payment is received, Umah will initiate the purchase of the requested products from brands.
Umah will arrange for the shipment of the products to Amazon FBA warehouses as per the client’s instructions.

7. Tracking and Notifications:

Umah will provide tracking information for shipped products whenever available.
Clients should regularly check their Amazon FBA account for updates on their inventory and shipments.

8. Refunds and Returns:

Refunds or returns for products purchased through Umah’s services will be subject to the return policies of the brands and Amazon FBA.
Umah will assist clients in processing returns or refunds based on the policies of the brands.

9. Confidentiality:

Umah agrees to treat all client information and details as confidential and will not share or disclose such information to third parties except as required for the fulfilment of its services.

10. Limitation of Liability

Umah is not liable for any losses, damages, or issues arising from the use of its services, including but not limited to delays, product quality, or Amazon FBA account-related matters.
Umah’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific transaction.

11. Termination:

Both the client and Umah have the right to terminate the service at any time, subject to any ongoing orders or obligations.

12. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Umah IT Solutions is registered.

13. Amendments:

Umah reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the service implies acceptance of the amended terms.
